Mike Richardson Construction Inc. Was established in 1976 with the goal of providing extraordinary custom homes at a great value. In the last 30 years, our projects have ranged from building prestigious lake front estates from the ground up to providing minor deck repairs and virtually every imaginable job in between. Unlike many Lake Arrowhead contractors, one of our onsite supervisors will actively participate in and ensure the completion of your project on time and on budget.
Although we use subcontractors for many of our trades, a majority or the work will be completed by our experienced crew of highly skilled and dedicated artisans. We know that in every decision the cost is a major consideration. Our business model allows us to provide an extraordinary product at a fair price. Although we have built homes throughout Southern California, the majority of projects are located in the San Bernardino Mountain Communities of Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Blue Jay and Running Springs. The unique challenges of building residential homes in the mountains cannot be understated.
